Once this relationship has ended, if applicable, the data may be retained for the time required by applicable law and until any liabilities arising from the contract expire.

The data for sending commercial communications and commercial profiling of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until, where appropriate, the user expresses its will to delete them.
The user will respond, in any case, of the veracity of the facilitated data, reserving PaynoPain Solutions SL the right to exclude from the registered services to any user who has facilitated false or inexact data without damage of the other actions that proceed in Right.
Any user who provides us with their data has the following rights:
